ITV June 2024 monthly highlights

8 April 2024 – A fresh selection of feature films, and Lego City No Limits will join the platform from 1st June

• The Adventures of Arachnofly will launch on 6th June
• CAUGHT, The Flash and Lego Friends: The Next Chapter Series 2 launching on ITVX on 13th June
• A Just for Laughs comedy special featuring Jack Whitehall and more episodes of Masha and the Bear launching on 20th June
• More classic kids’ titles will be launching on BritBox UK including Willow the Wisp and Button Moon

1st June

Feature films:

Films launching on ITVX this June include family film Asterix: The Mansion of the Gods (2014), thrillers Fatal Attraction (1987) and Villain (2002) and comedies Gosford Park (2001), Happy Gilmore (1996) and Wimbledon (2004). Those who prefer documentaries can enjoy Man on Wire (2008), Project Nim (2011) or Is There Anybody Out There? (2023) while cult film fans can stream Knowing (2009) and Pulp Fiction (1994).

• Lego City: No Limits (2023)
• LEGO City No Limits is originally a YouTube series based on LEGO City.

6th June

• The Adventures of Arachnofly (2023)

Every fly’s favourite comic book hero gets his own series, The Adventures of ArachnoFly! Each episode dips into a comic that is being read by Lloyd B. Fly – the world’s biggest ArachnoFly fan – and his best friend Abacus.

13th June

ITVX Exclusive:

• CAUGHT (2023)

When four Australian soldiers are sent on a secret mission to the war-torn island nation of Behati-Prinsloo, they are mistaken for Americans and captured by freedom fighters…

The Australian authorities – who aren’t supposed to be in Behati-Prinsloo – cut the boys loose… but rather than go home to nothing, they produce a hostage video that goes viral.

When the soldiers reach celebrity status, they realise that being CAUGHT might just be the best thing that could’ve happened to them…

Series:

The Flash Series 1-7 (2014-2021)

After being struck by lightning, investigator Barry Allen awakens from a nine-month coma to discover he has the gift of super speed. Teaming up with S.T.A.R. Labs, Barry becomes The Flash, the Fastest Man Alive, to protect his city. Barry has always had the heart of a hero and now he has the legs to match, but he learns that being a superhero is not as easy as it seems – and he can’t do it alone. Starring Grant Guston and Candice Patton.

While trying to survive the chaos of the first day of school, new friends get to know each other through baking for the Welcome to School Festival.

Jack Whitehall – The Gala

The immensely talented and charismatic British comedian, Jack Whitehall, renowned for his sharp wit and humorous charm, proudly headlines his own comedy special. Not with dad this time but a whole bunch of the funniest comedians!

Masha and the Bear – additional episodes

With kindness and comedy in its heart, the show follows the adventures of a little girl Masha and her friend, The Bear.

BRITBOX UK

Highlights on BritBox UK include the first two series of Willow the Wisp (1981) and every episode of Button Moon (1980).
