The Mindchatter remix of Poolside and Ben Browning from Cut Copy’s “Ride With You” is an electro-funk rework that retains some of the disco elements of the original. The wobbly bass and bubbly synths layer over the acoustic guitar to make this remix a genre-bending masterpiece.
Launching tonight, January 19 with a sold-out show in Santa Barbara, CA, the 23-date ‘Blame It All On Love Tour’ will take Poolside’s Jeffrey Paradise–who can be found on guitar / vocals / synths – and bandmates Vito Roccoforte (The Rapture / Body Music) on drums, Mattie Safer (The Rapture / Lovetempo) on bass / vocals, Casey Butler (Pharaohs) on saxophone / lap steel / percussion / vocals and Alton San Giovanni (Alton Allen) – guitar / vocals across the continent. Notable stops include The Wiltern in Los Angeles, The Fox Theater in Oakland, CA, Seattle’s Showbox, Ogden Theatre in Denver, Brooklyn Steel in NYC, closing at The Atlantis in Washington D.C. on February 22. Support on various dates include slenderbodies, The Undercover Dream Lovers, Paco Versailles, and MUNYA. All dates follow below.
On Poolside’s fourth studio album ‘Blame It All On Love,’ Paradise leaves the shallows and enters the depths of his own creative voice. Its 11 tracks are funky, soulful, laidback and full of hooks that elevate Poolside’s sound to poignant pop heights, ranking it as one of NPR Music’s album of note for 2023.

About Poolside
Poolside is the recording project of producer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Jeffrey Paradise. In 2011 Poolside set out to produce appropriately chill music for summer soirees, a light but danceable kind of music with sunny vibes and liquid rhythm that he dubbed “Daytime Disco.” Since then, Poolside has released four acclaimed albums – Pacific Standard Time (2012), Heat (2017), Low Season (2020) and ‘Blame It All On Love’ (2023) – remixed countless high-profile acts such as Billy Idol, Jack Johnson & Milky Chance, DRAMA, Miami Horror, L’impératrice, Purple Disco Machine, Big Wild and more. Poolside has also recently collaborated with Todd Edwards, NEIL FRANCES, Brijean and Buscabulla. Poolside’s live band has supported Kacey Musgraves, Earth, Wind & Fire and Tycho along with performing at major music festivals including Coachella, Primavera, Outside Lands, Lollapalooza and Corona Capital. Poolside’s cover of Neil Young’s classic “Harvest Moon” – which they made a one-of-a-kind 12-inch just for James Murphy (LCD Soundsystem) and halted the pressing of the album to include in on their debut album Pacific Standard Time – has been streamed over 107M times.

About Mindchatter
Hailing from NYC, Mindchatter is the artist project of singer, songwriter, and producer Bryce Connolly. After his debut single “Trippy” dropped in 2019, Mindchatter quickly gained recognition for his genre-defying sound and unique approach to music. By fusing introspective and thought-provoking lyrics with infectious, danceable beats, Mindchatter earned early praise from the likes of Pete Tong on BBC Radio 1. He was subsequently invited on tour with Polo & Pan where he first debuted his live show. 2020 saw the rising artist release his debut album Imaginary Audience in October of that year. He’s since followed up with his sophomore album DREAM SOUP which was recognized as one of 2022’s 22 game-changing albums by EDM.com.
Mindchatter’s live performance is where he stands apart, bringing an immersive live set with a one-of-a-kind visual experience. He first gave fans a taste of this audio-visual spectacle while on his debut headline tour in the fall of 2021 before embarking on his 14-city 2022 DREAM SOUP Tour that featured sold-out stops at Brooklyn’s Elsewhere, LA’s The El Rey Theatre, and many other venues, as well as a stop at Coachella’s DoLab. The back half of the year saw a festival run that included appearances at Electric Forest, Bonnaroo, iii Points, Format Festival, Splash House, Hulaween, Okeechobee, and many others. He also played alongside Polo & Pan once more as direct support before closing out 2022 with a direct support run with SG Lewis that included stops at marquee venues like The Brooklyn Mirage and LA’s Greek Theater. In 2023, Mindchatter signed with Foreign Family Collective and has an all-new EP in the works. He’s also back on the road, having played a reimagined live show on Lightning In A Bottle’s main stage. Prior to that, he kicked off 2023 with two sold-out special guest DJ appearances alongside Walker & Royce at New York’s Knockdown Center and LA’s Shrine Expo Hall setting the stage for his biggest year yet.
