Asia TV Forum, SINGAPORE – 7 December, 2023 – Augustus Dulgaro, EVP Asia Pacific, Global Partnerships, ITV Studios and GE Lai, President of Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation signed a Format Co-Development deal at the Asia TV Forum in Singapore.
The three-year deal will see the Jiangsu Broadcasting development team collaborating with ITV Studios’ to develop and adapt entertainment formats suitable for the Chinese and international market.
ITV Studios is known for landmark, commercial entertainment formats such as the award-winning talent show The Voice; the global reality sensation that offers gorgeous singletons a sizzling summer of romance, Love Island; real-life culinary drama, Hell’s Kitchen; the heart racing, high pressure hit game shows The Chase and 5 Gold Rings, plus; brand new formats such as Master Cleaners, where the rubber gloves are coming off as amateur cleaning connoisseurs go head-to-head to be crowned Master Cleaner and, Total Harmony, which brings a brand-new spin on vocal group competition.
The deal was brokered by Zoe Tsui, ITV Studios’ Head of Content & Format Sales (Greater China) and Hanchun Li, Deputy Director of International Department, Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation.
