“Perino & Stirewalt: I’ll Tell You What” to Run September 18th through November 13th
FOX News Channel (FNC) announced today that it will debut a new political analysis show co-hosted by The Five’s Dana Perino and digital politics editor Chris Stirewalt. The program entitled “Perino & Stirewalt: I’ll Tell You What” will premiere live on Sunday, September 18th at 5PM/ET and run through Election Day concluding on Sunday, November 13th.
Capitalizing on the success of their popular weekly podcast of the same name, Perino and Stirewalt will join forces in mixing politics and personality onscreen while delivering live analysis through the home stretch of the election season. The unscripted conversation will be complemented by live reports and touch on the latest from the candidates on the campaign trail. The co-hosts will also be joined by a rotating panel who will offer additional perspective and insight on the historic 2016 race.
The Perino & Stirewalt podcast originated during the presidential primary debate season where the two hosts would have casual conversations about candidate performances and strategies. The show has ranked in the top 10 podcasts on iTunes and the episodes are available through the FOX News Radio webpage and by downloading on iTunes, Google Play, TuneIn and an RSS Feed.
Serving as an FNC contributor since 2009, Perino is also a co-host of The Five (weekdays 5-6PM/ET), the most-watched cable news program at 5PM/ET, and is one of the five personalities who partake in lively and thoughtful discussions on everything from politics to culture to sports. She also provides political commentary across FNC’s primetime line-up and is an integral part of the political analysis team on election nights for the network. Prior to FNC, Perino served as the White House Press Secretary for President George W. Bush and previously worked on Capitol Hill and in numerous public and private public relations roles.
Stirewalt joined FNC in 2010 and currently serves as the network’s digital politics editor and host of FOXNews.com’s “Power Play.” He is also the author of FNC’s daily politics e-mail newsletter “FOX News Halftime Report,” which delivers the must-read political headlines straight to subscribers’ inbox. Additionally, Stirewalt provides political commentary and analysis across the network’s daytime and primetime programming. He previously served as the political editor for publications including, The Washington Examiner, Charleston Daily Mail and West Virginia Media.
