Live from Sheffield’s iconic snooker arena, The Crucible, BBC Sport will be the go-to destination for all Snooker World Championship action. With his sights set on making history as the most prolific snooker world champion of modern times, Ronnie O’Sullivan will be looking to snatch the title from Luca Brecel, the first ever champion from mainland Europe, after Luca’s surprise victory at last year’s World Championship. Audiences across the UK will be able to catch every match live on BBC TV and iPlayer, with additional coverage across BBC Radio 5 Live and BBC Sounds, and on the BBC Sport website and app, starting on 20 April.

Leading the live television coverage will be seasoned presenters Hazel Irvine, Seema Jaswal, and Rishi Persad.
