Arc XP, The Washington Post’s SaaS business offering global, full-service digital experience solutions, concluded its annual Arc XP Week with team members worldwide joining together virtually following its strongest Q3 to date.
The company announced it has closed 80% more new committed SaaS revenue than in the entirety of the previous year. Arc XP has now added more new customer logos and more SaaS recurring revenue in the past nine months alone than in any previous full year. The company’s solid fourth quarter pipeline is paired with strong customer retention – less than 3% churn and 105% net revenue retention with existing customers.
“From national and regional publishers to some of the world’s largest broadcasters and non-media entertainment and real estate brands, our customers prove our product has market-fit across industries,” said Miki King, President and General Manager of Arc XP. “We’re committed to scaling our platform to meet the needs of our customers.”
The company announced the release of significant new platform features at Arc XP Week, including:
- Audience Targeting: Content teams and marketers can now tailor content experiences to their audiences based on needs and user behavior, allowing them to deliver content, experiences and campaigns under pressure without developer effort.
- AI Editor: This AI-powered integration with the Arc XP Content suite of tools offers thoughtful recommendations, simplified workflows and improved content delivery.
- Arc XP Integration Framework (IFX): Customers can now bring the scalability of Arc XP’s software-as-a-service platform to their own custom-built integrations, connecting Arc XP’s content and monetization tools to external platforms for analytics, data science, syndication and more. IFX launched into General Availability with out-of-the-box support for Twilio Sendgrid and Apple News.
In just seven years, Arc XP has become a world-class provider in the CMS and Digital Experience Platform space, most recently named Business Intelligence Group’s Product of the Year in its 2022 Sales and Marketing Technology Awards.
As the company enters its next phase of growth, Arc XP leadership plans for increased operational independence to best support its growing global customer base and their sophisticated needs.
