The event will feature performing live celebrated Hip Hop/Rapper “SPECIAL” headlining. You can also join the King on Thursday September 12, 2024 at 7:30 PM @ the Angelika Film Center @ 18 W Houston St. NYC for the screening of “Students Are Heroes: A Sickle Cell Warrior’s Story” produced by “Music Brings Life” and dedicated to raise awareness of the shortage of blood donations for victims facing sickle cell disease, by Afro-American, Latino, and Caribbean donors. The King stars in the film as Principal Johnson of the school.
The King is also a singer/songwriter, an actor, comedian, the publisher of a magazine About Men and is a writer for Global.biz. He also hosts his own radio show each week on WPAT at 9:30 AM and is the founder and guru minister of the “Mind Tuning Philosophy.” Raised in the foster care system, he brings people hope and inspiration.
