Renowned Austrian guitarist and multi-instrumentalist Markus Illko has secured a prestigious Grammy Award for Best Arrangement, Instrumental or A Cappella at the 66th Annual Grammy Awards ceremony.

In a collaborative effort with The String Revolution and guitar virtuoso Tommy Emmanuel, Markus Illko has orchestrated a captivating rendition of the iconic Johnny Cash classic, “Folsom Prison Blues.” Recognizing the importance of respectfully approaching such a timeless piece, Markus Illko and The String Revolution enlisted the unparalleled talent of Tommy Emmanuel to ensure a truly remarkable interpretation.
