US: BBR Music Group and BMG celebrate at standing room only pre-CMA Awards party

BBR Music Group/BMG celebrated their award-winning roster, team, partners, and dedicated fans during the annual Pre-CMA Awards party at Brooklyn Bowl. Throughout the evening, BMG’s Thomas Coesfeld and Joe Gillen, Jon Loba, JoJamie Hahr, Peter Strickland, and Carson James took to the stage to honor new milestones in the artists’ careers including plaque presentations for Jason Aldean, Jelly Roll, Dustin Lynch, Parmalee, and Lainey Wilson.

Aldean was honored for his first chart-topping Billboard Hot 100 single ‘Try That In a Small Town’, Jelly Roll received Platinum certification for his hit crossover single ‘Need a Favor’, Lynch’s ‘Thinking ‘Bout You’ was newly certified 2x Platinum, Parmalee was honored for career milestones including reaching one billion streams, four Number One singles (‘Carolina’, ‘Just The Way’, ‘Take My Name’ and ‘Girl In Mine’), and Billboard’s 2022 Most Played Song of the Year ‘Take My Name’; while Wilson’s ‘Heart Like A Truck’ was certified 2x Platinum.

During the event, BBRMG/BMG presented a $100,000 donation to Jelly Roll to assist in his community outreach program, Impact Youth Outreach.

The full line up of performances throughout the four-plus hour Pre-CMA Awards event included Jason Aldean, Chayce Beckham, The Frontmen, HunterGirl, Jelly Roll, King Calaway, Dustin Lynch, Haven Madison, Tim Montana with ZZ Top’s Billy Gibbons, John Morgan, Parmalee, Frank Ray, Dylan Schneider, Elvie Shane, and Lainey Wilson, with the event hosted by Austin & Colin.

The event served as a kickoff to the CMA Awards with BBRMG nominees having made history with Lainey Wilson as the most nominated artist for the second consecutive year with nine nominations and Jelly Roll as the most nominated male artist with five nominations.
