College Basketball Season to Tip Off with 2023 Hall of Fame Series Las Vegas on Monday, Nov. 6

Warner Bros. Discovery Sports, in association with Position Sports and the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame, today announced that the 2023-24 college basketball season will tip off on its networks and platforms with the exclusive presentation of the 2023 Hall of Fame Series Las Vegas on Monday, Nov. 6, from T-Mobile Arena.

Coverage will span TNT and truTV throughout the day, with pregame at 1:30 p.m. ET on truTV for the afternoon games and 7 p.m. on TNT for the evening games, setting the stage for a quadruple-header of men’s and women’s college basketball opening day action. All studio and live game coverage will be available to stream via the B/R Sports Add-On tier on Max. Bleacher Report will also have extensive coverage of the day’s thrilling action across its social, digital and mobile platforms.

All eyes will be on TNT at 7:30 p.m. as the 2023 NCAA Women’s Basketball National Champion LSU Tigers and unanimous first-team All-American Angel Reese begin their title defense against the Colorado Buffaloes, who earned a berth in last year’s Sweet 16.

Later at 10 p.m. on TNT, the USC Trojans men’s basketball team — featuring one of the nation’s top backcourts with all-conference guard Boogie Ellis and #1 recruit Isaiah Collier — will open their season against Nae’Qwan Tomlin and the Kansas State Wildcats, hoping to build on their 2022-23 season, which culminated with an Elite 8 appearance.

Earlier in the day, the action will begin with a match-up of likely top 20 ranked teams entering the season as the USC Trojans women’s basketball team and top recruit JuJu Watkins face Cotie McMahon and the Ohio State Buckeyes on truTV at 2 p.m.At 4:30 p.m. on truTV, five-star recruit Kwame Evans and the Oregon Ducks men’s basketball team will face Justin Hill and the Georgia Bulldogs, in only the second meeting ever between the two teams.
