SILO Music is excited to announce that Marcy Bulkeley has joined the company as Head of Sync A&R and Music Supervision. In this new role, Bulkeley will oversee all aspects of sync A&R and Music Supervision, working closely with SILO Music’s team while also partnering with the company through her own venture, Subtle Mother Music Supervision Services.
In her new role, Bulkeley will continue to partner with SILO Music to further develop music supervision initiatives, working across film, television, motion picture advertising, and emerging media. Her leadership will help shape SILO’s music supervision services, offering clients custom-curated music that enhances storytelling and emotional connection.
With over 25 years of experience in the music industry, Bulkeley brings a wealth of expertise in music curation, sync licensing, and creative collaboration. As the founder of Subtle Mother, a company dedicated to providing innovative music solutions across entertainment marketing, advertising, and wellness, Bulkeley has built a reputation for curating music that elevates the storytelling experience—whether in media, meditation, sleep, or focus.
Previously serving as the Vice President of Sync A&R and Music Curation at Universal Music Group, Bulkeley led a team that delivered custom music and remixes for synchronization across various platforms. Her work included partnering with top-tier producers and remixers, leveraging Universal’s extensive catalog, and creating unparalleled music for film, TV, advertising, and beyond. Bulkeley’s talent for blending music and visual storytelling has earned her multiple accolades, including Clio awards and nominations from the Guild of Music Supervisors, particularly for her work in film trailers and video game advertising.
