NBC Sports’ presentation of the San Francisco 49ers’ 31-13 victory over the Seattle Seahawks is the second-most watched Thanksgiving primetime game ever, averaging a Total Audience Delivery of 26.9 million viewers across NBC TV, Peacock, Telemundo, Universo, NBC Sports Digital, and NFL Digital platforms.

Despite a 21-point halftime differential (San Francisco led 24-3), last night’s game averaged 26.3 million English-language viewers, ranking behind only the 2015 Bears-Packers game in Thanksgiving primetime viewership (27.8 million viewers), and topping last year’s game (26.0 million for Patriots-Vikings).

In addition, 49ers-Seahawks is the fourth NBC Sports’ NFL game this season to top 25 million viewers – the most at this point in the season since 2015.

Additional ratings and viewership notes:

· Led by Peacock, 49ers-Seahawks delivered the most-streamed primetime NFL Thanksgiving game ever, registering an Average Minute Audience of 1.6 million viewers (across Peacock, NBC Sports Digital, and NFL Digital Properties) – up 34% from last year (1.2 million).

· With an average of 585,000 viewers across Telemundo and Universo, 49ers-Seahawks is Telemundo Deportes’ most-watched NFL game, excluding Super Bowl LVI.

· Viewership for last night’s game peaked at 30.2 million viewers in the second quarter (9:15-9:30 p.m. ET).

· Last night’s game (8:23 p.m.-11:15 p.m. ET) registered a national NBC TV household rating of 9.2/29.

· An extended feature at halftime last night highlighted the unique relationship between Hall of Fame coach and broadcaster John Madden and New England Patriots wide receiver Darryl Stingley.
