BMG is pleased to announce the appointment of Alexandra Behrens as Senior Vice President of Global People Excellence. In this key role, Behrens will lead BMG’s global People Excellence team, overseeing and strategically aligning HR services and operations across all BMG locations. She reports to CHRO Nikola Holle-Spiegel.
An accomplished expert in the field of people and culture, Behrens brings a wealth of experience as a people leader, trained lawyer and notary public. She joins BMG from Bertelsmann sister company Gruner + Jahr (G+J), where she most recently led the People Management & Services team.
During her more than 15 years at G+J, Behrens honed her HR expertise by spearheading a range of projects from people excellence to HR data & analytics. She has also managed major global corporate projects and group-wide HR systems.
