Radio 1 will be joining forces with eleven stations across ten countries for a mass simulcast with Radio 1’s Danny Howard kicking off the celebrations at 6.30pm. Danny will play 30 minutes of the hottest Dance music from some of the biggest UK acts before handing over to the next Country.

Radio 1 has a rich history of championing Dance music in the UK and around the world, with the first show of this kind taking place in 2019. Now a highly anticipated feature of the Dance music calendar, Europe’s Biggest Dance Show unites stations from across the European Broadcasting Union to bring the very best in Dance music to an audience of millions.

Danny Howard says: “I’m delighted and slightly overwhelmed to be representing the UK to an entire continent. Europe’s Biggest Dance Show represents exactly what I believe Electronic music is all about, connection. What better way to showcase how powerful this genre is by bringing together each of our amazing scenes and sounds for one huge party, probably the biggest party on the planet!”
