Academy Award-nominated filmmaker Christopher Nolan kicks off “Style Sessions,” the newest event series presented by The Washington Post and Rubell Museum DC, on Nov.16 in conversation with Post features writer Jada Yuan, author of “Unleashing Oppenheimer: Inside Christopher Nolan’s Explosive Atomic-Age Thriller.”
Nolan and Yuan will discuss his most recent work, “Oppenheimer,” this past summer’s major blockbuster, her book, and other topics, including his filmography, passions and sources of inspiration.
“Nolan is consistently on the front lines of culture and is the perfect guest to launch our ‘Style Sessions’ series,” said Phoebe Connelly, Director of Next Generation Initiatives at The Washington Post. “He is an artist who pushes his medium forward and inspires others to create and push boundaries.”
Nolan joins previously announced “Style Session” speakers Ella Emhoff and Mickalene Thomas. Limited seating will be available for registration, with general admission beginning November 1.
