BBC Radio 6 Music returns to All Points East Festival for 2024

Across two weekends, the 6 Music Stage will be curated by some of the station’s presenters

The BBC Radio 6 Music Stage will return to Uber One presents All Points East Festival this year, as announced by Mary Anne Hobbs on air today (Thursday 4 July).

All Points East takes place in Victoria Park, London, from 16-18 August and 23-25 August 2024.

Across the two weekends, the 6 Music Stage will be curated by some of the station’s presenters and will feature DJ sets from Tom Ravenscroft (Friday 16th August), Jamz Supernova (Saturday 17th August), SHERELLE (Sunday 18th August), Gilles Peterson (Friday 23rd August), Mary Anne Hobbs, who presents ALL QUEENS on Field Day (Saturday 24th August), AFRODEUTSCHE (Saturday 24th August), Nathan Shepherd aka Good Future (Sunday 25th August), Steve Lamacq (Sunday 25th August).

An eclectic line-up on the 6 Music stage includes DJ sets from ANNA, DEADLETTER, Deena Abdelwahed, Kelly Lee Owens, Lambrini Girls, LCY b2b YAZZUS, Los Bitchos, Not Bad For A Girl, Self Esteem, Tim Reaper and Yyre.

As the official broadcast partner of All Points East, 6 Music will also bring listeners performance highlights from across the weekend on air:

Friday 16 August – an extended edition of The Ravers Hour (11pm-1am) presented by Tom Ravenscroft. Saturday 17 August – Jamz Supernova (1-3pm) will broadcast live from Victoria Park. Friday 23rAugust – Huw Stephens (4-7pm) will be live on-site, followed by a special Indie Forever show hosted by Nathan Shepherd (9-11pm). Saturday 24th August – Jamz Supernova (1-3pm) will return to the festival for Field Day.

All shows will be available to listen to on BBC Sounds after broadcast.
