Los Angeles-based marketing agency and media company leading the intersection of music, gaming and technology Game Over Media welcomes Gavrielle Chavez as its newly appointed Chief Operating Officer, it was announced today (November 12, 2024) by Founder Anthony Pisano.
In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Gavrielle Chavez will lead operational initiatives that drive Game Over Media’s mission of innovation at the intersection of music, gaming, and technology. Chavez will oversee the company’s key divisions, including Game Over Studios, Game Over Agency, Game Over Records, and the new GameTune platform, ensuring each aligns with Game Over’s vision to fuse gaming with digital culture authentically. She will be instrumental in expanding Game Over’s reach within next-gen communities, implementing data-driven strategies for fan engagement, and scaling the platform’s capabilities to deliver real-time, ROI-focused analytics.
Prior to joining Game Over Media, Dallas, TX-native Chavez played a key role in driving Monopoly GO! to $2B in revenue in just 10 months as a founding member of the product marketing team at Scopely. Her leadership was evident in the award-winning MrBeast-Stumble Guys partnership, which earned a prestigious Shorty Award. Before then she served as Creator Strategist – Gaming Lead at TikTok, she successfully launched TikTok Shop and significantly strengthened gaming brand-creator partnerships for the gaming vertical, setting a new benchmark for engagement and collaboration. Chavez got her start at Sony (Funimation/Crunchyroll) where she revitalized influencer marketing, boosting engagement and bridging the worlds of anime and gaming.
