John “SohoJohnny” Pasquale: Celebrated Philanthropist on Giving Tuesday

There is one kind of charity common enough among us…It is that patchwork philanthropy which clothes the ravished and ragged, feeds the poor and hungry , heals the sick, warms the homeless, outs the bullies, and brings awareness to a cause. Founder of the “Let Me Help, Inc” Foundation, John “SohoJohnny” Pasquale created the organization after his mom died from Covid and has been designing and producing benefits ever since.

Let Me Help, Inc strives to help people whose lives and livelihoods have been affected in some way by an unforeseen circumstance or illness by raising money through the celebration of music, laughter and dance. In the words of SohoJohnny the foundation “spreads music, joy and illumination to the human soul and spirit while helping others.” He goes on to say “When you help someone, you’re not just giving a deserving person some much needed aid, you’re also helping in society balance the scales for those experiencing the worst days of their lives.”

Artists from all over the world have joined forces with the foundation to raise money and promote awareness in several marathon virtual benefits as well as several live extravaganzas. Some of the artists included were Jeff Goldblum, Sir Patrick Stewart, Sharon and Ozzy Osborne, Julian Lennon, Stephen Perkins, Randy Edelman, DRMAGDN, Kim Sledge, Leon, Joey Belladonna, Alex Skolnick, Jane Lynch, John Lodge, Rick Wakeman, Felipe Rose, Kenny Aronoff, Kenny Olson, and so many others.

With the holidays at our back door, it’s always nice to give recognition to those who deserve so by way of their good deeds. Aside from Let Me Help, Inc. SohoJohnny also runs and co-owns Pep Real Estate in New York City. He also owns Tribeca Records a label helping new artists in the entertainment field as well as icons in the industry. His side projects include a late night talk show called Soho At Night which is currently in pre-production with the potential of becoming the next Jimmy Kimmel Show.
